Course vision: The 21 days intensive Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Training is aiming to give the students the knowledge to design and instruct individual ayurveda yoga therapy programs for their clients according to the body-mind constitution/symptoms or imbalances.

Ayurveda yoga therapist and co-author of the book ‘Yoga is my therapy’. Having a teachers degree from Uppsala University Malin is implementing her pedagogic skills to the field of yoga education and have through the years gained experience in working with yoga therapy in correlation with physiotherapy and ayurveda. Malin has assisted people in Sweden, India and California to correct their alignments and thus take their health to the next level with the tools of yoga therapy.
Author of the well received health books in the field of ayurveda and yoga, which have been translated and published in Germany, Holland, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Born as a Vaidya (family of traditional ayurveda practitioner in south India), with more than two decades of teaching experience in the field of ayurveda, Janesh Vaidya is giving inspirational lectures and workshops in Europe and United States every year on the topics of Ayurveda (ancient health science), Mana-shastra (psychology), Vedanta (philosophy), Dhyana (meditation), Yoga therapy and Mind-yoga.

If you choose the accommodation and food package within the campus, that includes the following:
- Accommodation in a shared three-bed room (with attached toilet and shower) at Ocean Garden - €880

The duration of the journey differs according to your flight schedule. If your departure is from Europe, apart from the transfer time, it will take approximately 10 hours in the air to reach Kochi International airport in Kerala, South India.
You can either arrange the pre-paid taxi at Kochi international airport counter on your arrival or our transfer from airport to the campus at Ocean Garden while booking your course. The drive from Kochi airport to our village is approximately 60 minutes in normal road conditions.
